Shipping Methods

We will ship to the continental US, to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and US Territories. items will ship to arrive in

3-5 business days unless otherwise noted or the product is out of stock. We pride ourselves in the speedy handling of

orders, and customers are often surprised at how quickly they received their products. All orders may take 24 to 48

hours for processing before being shipped. If customer needs higher priority of processing time please contact

WWW.TBS1.COM immediately to help escalate order. Orders will ship when processing of purchase has

completed. Shipping methods represent how the package will be shipped, not when the order is placed. If there is

going to be a delay shipping your order (such as being out of stock), we will contact you with the expected ship date.

We insure all of our customers' packages and use UPS and FedEx for most shipments. Larger orders may qualify to

be shipped by truck. Holiday shipping schedules also impact shipments. If you have any questions about how best to

Payment Methods Accepted

We accept all major credit cards including: VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS with

a verifiable United States billing address. You can also use your bank CHECK CARD provided this card is one of

the card types listed. While we guarantee that your transaction online will be 100% safe and secure, you can also

request that we contact you for payment information if you prefer.

Ordering Options

We are always reviewing ways to make ordering more convenient for our customers. You can order securely online

anytime. We guarantee your transaction to be 100% secure and safe. You can also place your order by phone (8:30

am to 5pm Monday-Friday EST). You can also specify that we contact you for payment information. If you specify

that we contact you for payment, a member of customer service will call, as requested. Customers wishing to

purchase with a purchase order must be pre-approved by our credit department.(see below)

Credit / Terms and PO's

We accept PO's or offer terms to government agencies. This includes local, state, and federal governments; military

installations, schools, colleges, and other organizations directly connected with or managed by government

organizations. We will determine on an individual basis, at our discretion, what organizations qualify. We will

consider extending terms to other organizations for large orders or companies wishing to order on a regular basis.

Return Policy

DOA/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS

On rare occasions customers may receive a DOA (Dead on Arrival) product. Defective products must be reported

within 10 business days of receipt. We offer free technical support to determine the problem . The majority of the

times, these issues are related to a misconfiguration or other technical issue. Item(s) not being compatible are not

considered defective/DOA. In the event that tech support determines the product is defective, we will require a cross

shipment guarantee to be completed and faxed back to us. We will then ship a replacement product with either a

return label or we will send UPS to pick the item up. Please pack the item in the same way as you received it, with

all required components, manuals, etc. The product will be tested and inspected upon return. If the item is not

defective, a diagnosis charge and return fee of up to 20% of the purchase price may apply. Beyond the allowed DOA

period, the manufacturer's warranty takes effect. No DOA returns accepted for Citizen or Zebra printheads. Contact

the respective manufacturer directly. All warranties are carried out directly through the manufacturer of the product.

Feel free to contact us for manufacturer contact information if needed. If you have any problems getting warranty

assistance from the manufacturer, please let us know. We'll do all we can to help.

NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS

We strive to make your purchase quick, accurate, and easy. It is important to verify an item is compatible with your

software prior to ordering it. We will not accept return of products after 20 days. Returns are costly for us to handle,

and often returned items cannot be resold as new. We only hope to offset this expense on a per case basis, versus

increasing prices substantially for everyone. ALL returns require a return authorization number (RMA#) from

customer service. To insure the quality of product customers receive, TOTAL BUSINESS SYSTEMS will only

accept returns that are 100% complete and in NEW, UNUSED condition.

Factory sealed returns are subject to a 10% restock fee or $20 per item, whichever is greater.

Open box returns are subject to a 20% fee or $50 per item, whichever is greater. The item(s) must still be in

COMPLETE, NEW and UNUSED condition.

No shipping charges will be reimbursed.

Failure to return the item(s) in the COMPLETE original packaging will result in refusal. This includes any external

boxes used, manuals, disks, accessories, packing materials, and said packaging is not damaged, marked or otherwise

not acceptable for resale.

All returns are inspected upon return. This process can take a couple of weeks. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the

return date for credit to be issued.

Software, consumable supplies (paper, ribbons, ink cartridges, etc.), special order items and parts are nonreturnable/

non-refundable. Special order items are any items not available at our online store. Please make your

selections for these items carefully. Most software has a demo version available, which we recommend you review

prior to purchasing the software.

Quantity buyers

Bulk pricing is available. You can call us M-F 9am-5pm EST toll free at ( 877) 483-3994. You can also use the

contact form to submit a request to our sales department. Include the manufacturer, model, color, interface, etc. and

contact information. We'll do our best to find it for you!

FPO's, APO's and US Territories

For FPO and APO addresses we ship with the US Postal Service using Express Mail and insured. If Express Mail is

not offered to your receiving address then we will ship Priority Mail, insured with return receipt. For US Territories

we offer the same shipping method as well as UPS Air. For shipments to any of these locations please allow a

processing time of 3 to 5 business days. USPS rates are calculated on a case-by-case basis therefore placing an order

online may yield an inaccurate shipping total. We do recommend you proceed with placing your order securely

online and we will follow-up with you via email. You may also contact our sales department using the "Contact Us"

form for more information.

Privacy Policy

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you

provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We

use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your

shopping experience.

International Orders

TOTAL BUSINESS SYSTEMS does not do business internationally at this time. We will not accept any

international credit cards due to the lack of standardization on fraud prevention. International orders are "all sales

final" and a bank wire transfer is the only form of payment allowed for Non-United States residents. To do business

internationally, it will require acceptance to our international policy and terms. Contact our sales department using

the "Contact Us" form for more information.

Price / Website Accuracy

We make a best effort to keep the information on our site accurate. Prices are subject to change without notice. In

the event a price is found to be incorrect, or a product is not accurately depicted (features, etc.) we will contact the
